The contact form on this site sends no data to any server. When you click "Book an appointment", it simply opens your own e-mail application with a pre-filled message, which you remain free to send or not.
In practice: until you send that message from your own mailbox, no information about you is recorded, either on the website or with its hosting provider.
The data that may be processed is therefore only what you voluntarily send us by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp: name, telephone number, e-mail address, preferred date and the content of your message.
No data is used for automated prospecting, profiling or targeted advertising.
Your data is for the sole use of American Legend Garage. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may pass through our e-mail provider, strictly as required to deliver messages.

This site places no advertising cookies and uses no analytics tools. There is no Google Analytics, no tracking pixel and no profiling cookie. No consent banner is therefore required for ordinary browsing.

The map is not loaded automatically. As long as you do not click "Show the map", no data is sent to Google. By clicking, you accept that Google receives your IP address and may place cookies on your device, under its own terms.
The site's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google when the page is displayed. This is required for the site's typography.
The Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp icons are plain links: no content from these platforms is loaded on the site, and no data is sent to them unless you click.
